This temporary Sumi website introduces a product in development. It does not offer account registration, connect social accounts, or process customer conversations.
If you contact hello@asksumi.ai, sam@asksumi.ai or support@asksumi.ai, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond and discuss your inquiry. Do not email passwords, payment details, identity documents, or private customer conversations.
Early access
If you leave your email in the early-access form, we store your email, signup time, and consent version privately to follow up about Sumi early access. This does not create a Sumi account. We keep it until you ask for removal or it is no longer needed for this purpose. Email sam@asksumi.ai to request access or deletion.
We use temporary request counters and a daily hash derived from your IP address for abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses in our application database. Hosting providers may retain technical logs.
This temporary website and its signup database are hosted by Bold Software, Inc. (exe.dev) on our server in Tokyo, Japan. Cloudflare provides domain and DNS services. Hosting and email providers process technical information needed to deliver this website and correspondence. This site serves its typefaces directly from our website; loading them does not require a connection to Google Fonts. We have not installed advertising pixels or analytics trackers.
To ask about or request deletion of information you sent us, email support@asksumi.ai. Product-specific privacy disclosures will be provided before you use a live Sumi workspace.
